Yes, if you place an order and decide to make a change, you can reach out to us via email or phone to inform us of your decision. However, if we have already shipped your order, we will not be responsible for any shipping expenses.

How long will my order take to ship?

Since everything is made by hand, shipping can go from a day to three weeks at the most, depending on many variables. If we think that the item will take longer than a week, we will notify you.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

All of our items are shipped with tracking numbers. You are not responsible for anything that is lost or stolen. We will replace the item if necessary.
